Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

Return Policy 

Refunds are not permitted.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. Permitted returned items will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions.  Your store credit will be available through the account used to purchase the item, and does not expire.  Please note, if an item is returned and free shipping was received, a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.  Items bought with a COUPON CODE can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. 
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. 
Shipping
Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. If purchased over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday), orders will be shipped on Monday.
